A wonderfully unusual mid-century Czech jewel, thoughtfully converted from a vintage brooch into a striking statement necklace.
The sculptural gold-tone centrepiece features two long, articulated openwork drops, ornate scrollwork details and a large faceted oval glass stone in a soft amethyst-purple shade. It has been set onto a coordinating decorative gold-tone chain, allowing this beautiful piece of vintage Czech jewellery to be worn and enjoyed in an entirely new way.
The intricate metalwork, rich antiqued-gold colouring and distinctive architectural form give the necklace a wonderfully dramatic look. It would sit beautifully with eveningwear, a simple black dress or a romantic, bohemian outfit.
