Vintage 1990s Trifari Purple Enamel Necklace Unworn With Tag Gold Tone Modernist Statement Collar NOS

A spectacular vintage Trifari statement necklace, preserved in mint, unworn condition with its original Trifari swing tag still attached.

Dating to approximately the 1990s, the necklace is composed of articulated sculptural links shaped like stylised leaves, flames or unfurling flower buds. Each link combines sweeping polished gold-tone metal with glossy, jewel-like enamel in a rich aubergine purple.

The alternating curves and open spaces create a fluid, almost Art Nouveau-inspired appearance, while the articulated construction allows the necklace to sit beautifully around the neckline. It is finished with an adjustable hook fastening, extension chain and polished gold-tone bead.

The reverse is signed TRIFARI™, a mark associated with the company’s late-1980s to 1990s production.

The necklace is in exceptional mint, unworn vintage condition. The gold-tone finish remains bright and highly polished, and the purple enamel is glossy and richly coloured. The original swing tag remains attached, although the paper tag itself shows some light storage wear consistent with age.
